Meet your Trainer: Sarah Emerson

Sarah has over 20 years experience working with children and families. She is incredibly passionate about early childhood and supporting the implementation of the highest quality practice. Her areas of specialism include; Montessori education, children's emotional well-being and leadership.

Sarah is Montessori (AMI) trained for 0-3, 3-6 and 12-18 years, and was lucky enough to train with Dr. Silvana Montanaro for the 0-3 course. She also holds an MA in Early Childhood Studies and a PgCert in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Well-being.

She has also lectured at Montessori colleges and universities, and now works as a consultant and trainer supporting early years settings and parents. Sarah has extensive experience and knowledge of outdoor learning, including environmental sustainability.

Her roles have required an ability to deliver clear support to enable change, high quality pedagogical writing (including published work) and inspiring training and leadership.

Sarah has even guest lectured at Liverpool John Moores University,

Peter Symonds College and the Maria Montessori Institute.
